In particular, the Restorative classes are an excellent choice for individuals in their senior years or those new to exercise.  The instructors specifically focus on selecting those exercises that strengthen, stretch and align the body while putting the least amount of stress on the body.  NOTE:  These classes are excellent for improving balance, flexibility and strength.  Additionally the Sculpting classes are becoming a hit for skiers who find that the classes give them the strength and stamina needed to tackle the Ski season head on.

HAF has put a lot of energy into selecting the materials and equipment for the new building, located behind Harley and Buck's Restaurant.  The adult group exercise room has hard wood floors and all the equipment needed to get a challenging workout.

HAF 2008 Adult Schedule

The children's facility is 1600 sq ft and boasts ceiling height up to 25 feet.  High enough that the tumblers can work on their aerials, double back tucks and all kinds of other tricks with Chris, the amazing tumbling coach.  More trampolines will be added soon to allow us to introduce our big air program.  The children's facility is a great place for your child to take tumbling, dance, and art or for you to host your child's next Birthday party.

During the month of January, the staff of High Altitude Fitness would like to extend a personal invitation to any and all Valley residents to attend a class of their choice at no charge. This is a great way to open the facility to prospective members just in time for them to make their New Year's Resolutions a reality. It is the perfect opportunity to share the new facility and services with those in the community that want to take the step towards winter fitness, conditioning for an event, or just to check out the facility and instructors.  For those prospects that sign up for a membership before January 31st, HAF will waive the $50 registration fee.
