instructor, I've noticed an interesting trend in myself as well as my
students. The mind will revert back to old, deeply rooted patterns,
and will put up quite a stink if you challenge those patterns which
once served you so well.

On June 21,
2008, 6 local singer-songwriters from the Ogden area will be doing
what they do best: singing and entertaining. Gathering at the
Rendezvous Lodge in Huntsville. Dan Williams, Dave Quakenbush,
Danielle Vaughn, Brett Turner, McCall Erickson, and Tim Daniels will
take turns performing their original songs from 5:00pm to 10:00pm.

day workshop “The Goddess Within” – discover, define and develop a
symbol of your inner and outer beauty. Join Alison in an experiential Art
and Soul Workshop for women.
Alison is
a self taught watercolor artist and life coach who empowers women through her Art
and Soul Workshops to become empowered to live their dreams with
passion. Through Alison’s love of drawing and painting, she leads you
through three hours of self-discovery and creativity culminating in a beautiful
and meaningful Goddess Within art piece for you to frame and place in
your own sacred space.
Cost -
$45 includes all supplies and refreshments. Please bring your own
supplies if you desire to use anything other than watercolor paint and
